We stay here at least 4 times a year for flights out of Philly. By far the best hotel in the area. Beautiful. Clean. Very reasonably priced. My favorites are the real down feather pillow and duvets, the on site restaurant / bar. And above all, PAM! The veteran shuttle driver that efficiently takes you to the airport in the morning with a smile and Philly flavor

Very very upset with management. Took shower after arriving, shower drain backed up and I was standing in 3 inches of water. Go to brush teeth and sink backed up. Was leaving for the evening, advised the manager. They went up and took a metal thing out of the drain. But this did not fix the problem. Advised them again the next 2 days. Nothing done about it. Put sign on the door asking it to be cleaned each day we were there. Kept coming back each evening to no clean room full garbage. No new towels. And eventually no toilet paper. We were super nice about it the whole time, never acted like a Karen. Sucked to be ignored. Horrible experience standing in water when you know there is backflow of dirty water coming from drain. Other peoples dirt.
