The staff was great but and the interior of the hotel was clean. We had to change rooms the first night because the room smelled of mildew/wet carpet. The second room we spent the final 2 days of our trip with a clogged sink and no hot water to shower. These are my only complaints. I was told I would be compensated for those nights so I’m waiting for the adjustment.

Overall the room was fine. A little worn down with stains in the carpet and walls and rust in the bathtub. The linens were all clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Unfortunately there was an incredibly loud event happening in the ballroom near our room that didn’t officially end until 11 pm and then attendees continued to yell, sing, and play piano until 2 am. I called the front desk and they were nice about it but I still got no sleep.
