During my stay, we were forced to change rooms multiple times due to maintenance failures. The first room had a non-working toilet, the second lost heat overnight during freezing temperatures, and the third had a non-functioning TV. On the morning of checkout, someone attempted to enter our room while we were sleeping; the security latch prevented entry. Management later implied the door was not properly closed, which was upsetting and dismissive. We were only offered 3,500 points, which did not fairly compensate for the inconvenience or safety concern.

Pleasantly surprised. One of the BEST motel stays I've ever had, and I'm almost 82! Warm, comfortable layout, all being very clean. Super kitchenet even though we didn't use it. Very comfortable bed and all linen. Only negative was TV offerings, limited and not very clear. Would highly recommend to anyone, business or travel .
