I liked the safe feeling I had around the property. It was close to the ferry which I needed for my event and the Restaurant was a little pricy but the food was delicious. Would stay here again if I ever travel to the area again.

I was totally disappointed with this hotel given its reputation: Hilton. The area is very nice, lovely in fact. But the rest of the experiences were subpar. Check-in, when I asked about the floor of my preferences, the staff says that it was not possible since I booked this hotel through third party. When inside the room- the views were lovely BUT there were constructions going on and the room weren't cleaned well. There were dusts everywhere! It appears because the room was booked through a "third party" they gave me a shoddy, less used room. The sink was slow to drain, TV has worn out, etc. Oh- not to mention the housekeeping who was basically RUDE, mean and left me feeling like a s*** with her remarks. I only asked for extra towels and no room to be cleaned- she pulled out large towels and that she did not have enough. I said that I only need a mid-sized towels. She said oh you should have said that. What a b****! I decided not to talk back since she must be having a bad day- but then who doesn't? Even if she was having a bad day, no one should be treated like that especially a paying customer. Will NOT go back.

Should have been better

Overall the stay was fine for the price but below the standard of a Hilton. The room was dusty as if the HVAC system hadn't been cleaned out in decades. We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping didn't show up to our room once, despite asking for housekeeping repeatedly. There was a slight smokey smell in the room. The pool towels were not refreshed often and so there generally none available.

The rooms were okay. The bathroom needs a little updating. Our toilet water, we had to flash a few times for it to drain out. The view from the room was great. The elevators was a mess. The wait time to get on the elevator had to be 10-15 minutes long. This was day and night time.

Family weekend in Philly

Great location! The amenities (pool, gym, restaurants) were really nice and the staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. It was a great spot for a family weekend.
