Our room 308 did not have ANY hot water. We had to wash up in cold water we thought the water had to take a few minutes to warm up but when it was time to shower we couldn’t shower at all!

The lady at the front desk did not want to check me in , she checked in a few people that came in after me and made me wait and when it was time to give my card for incidentals she tell me to pull up my account to make sure I have money in it it was so embarrassing she made me feel less of a man luckily another worker stepped in and told me don’t worry about it and just checked me in HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

The staff that checked us in, Joshua was absolutely terrific. Kind, mild speaking and very sweet. The breakfast was pretty good but the coffee was awful. There was a stain on the bed sheet and the basin of the shower was peeling. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and quiet.

The hotel was in pretty nice condition and everything went smoothly. The location right across from the highway wasn't great, though its a short walk to more interesting areas of the city.

I did not like that there was no mention of the fact there is no parking at the hotel at all! You can then do self pay at the nearest lot that is across the street but you have to walk a sideblock to get to the other side or find street parking which is next to impossible. I also thought the tv and cable offering was abysmal, there wasn't even a guide button on the remote!! Room was decent though and people were nice
