Beautifully decorated with a super friendly and helpful staff! Walkable to many fun areas - Reading Terminal Market only a few blocks away, and Washington Square and Rittenhouse Square not to far. The train station & airports (both Philly & Newark) are easy to get to on public transport as well. But again, the customer service and the way they checked in on us and were available even after check-out through their text chat for me was above and beyond. Special shout out to Felicia for helping me get back some left property!

Overall pretty good stay. Room was clean. The double shower head is complicated and couldn't figure out how it worked. Bathroom was nice. Didn't like all the big, heavy fabric curtains--too dusty and musty. It is in a good area near the city hall and you can walk to Independance Hall or the other way towards the art museum (bit of a trek). Small restaurant bar kicked us out at 10pm and would let us finish our drinks. Okay place nice on outside.

It was a great stay! Staff was very welcoming and helpful, wifi was good, the room was very clean. I'd say the room runs cold - but during the summer it was perfect (you can adjust the heat, the room just is a bit colder).

Clean, modern and stylish. The staff was also very nice and helpful, especially Christie and Caydie at breakfast. My only complaint would be that while our towels were changed and bathroom was cleaned everyday, our beds weren’t made everyday. It was a very good stay, however and I will return.

Our experience was wonderful! This is a very modern hotel in the heart of Center City and very convenient to events/dining/attractions in Philly. Our rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Room was clean. Our only issue was the shower did not drain it properly and took 10 to 15 minutes to completely drain after a short shower. Thermostat was very sensitive as well. The gym was nice.
