I mentioned the rate was over $50 cheaper on Expedia and she snapped back with “we don’t go by that if you want you can book through them but it’s gonna be a wait until I check you in”…it took under 2 mins for me to book through the app. This shouldn’t be a person who is the first line of representation for your hotel. "

"Location was perfect due to meetings close to office in NJ. Staff was helpful. Hotel recently charging parking fee which was free until recently. Not sure why charge a fee since there is plenty of parking, its located in a suburban area. Not NYC and no mass transit near by. Not sure why charge a parking fee. There are plenty other hotels nearby that do not charge parking. I would look elsewhere for a stay. "
