"All was ok for us, clean room, staff, breakfast."

"Property was high scale with character. The printer in the guest area was inoperative and gentleman at front desk was non apologetic and was abrupt saying “it’s broken!” No help at all like “I am sorry, maybe I can print you boarding pass on the front desk printer” Also property is advertised as having parking but only has 5 spots on first come first served. The staff did not offer options where else we could park. We had to figure out street parking rules on our own and park in a sketchy part of the Bronx."

"Very clean and quiet hotel. The perfect location to NYC and all other major tourist attractions. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was gorgeous. The black and white tile, the gold fixtures, and the Langston Hughes poetry, all created a beautiful room. The staff were excellent. "
