My family booked three rooms for 3 nights. We requested 2 out of our 3 rooms to be cleaned on our last night only. I even went personally to the front desk to request them be cleaned. By the time we got back, both rooms remained uncleaned☹️. I called the front desk and they were not even apologetic about it.

At this time, I'm still sorting the excessive billing of unknown amenities the hotel claims I accessed. Due to the hotel's oversight of tangling my sister's reservation(with a pet) and my stay, I've been charged an extra $170.00. Even though I paid Expedia's bill promptly and in full, the hotel is claiming that may be Expedia had added the extra expenses. I will NOT be a returning customer to any Marriot Hotel since their chaos, paucity of tracking the customer to the correct room, and carelessness have left a bitter taste. Truly, I felt an extra profit was in the making if I hadn't requested a copy of the receipts for the two guests whom had two separate rooms for two days. None of the receipts reflected our arrangements. Very upset and disappointed by the transaction, discourse, and lack of follow-up!

Two Night Retreat

Overall we like the AC Hotel. The amenities are nice with the breakfast offering as well as the cocktail lounge. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We were a bit disappointed as the vinyl floors hadn’t been totally cleaned very well. We also had a hard time getting the shower to work as the plunger on the spout would not stay engaged. The toilet also runs all the time unless you fiddle with the flush buttons. We forgot to bring this to the hotels attention as we got in a hurry to leave. Our bad.

Modern "Euro" Style Rooms with Cheap TVs with terrible sound quality. Couldn't even hear the TV over the AC which kicked on/off all night. Getting shower to work required a call to Engineering. Should have come with an instruction manual.

TV went out but they were quick to switch our room! The 2nd room was quite noisy but it was ok... also the pool and hot tub had a strong smell of chlorine that made a few people nauseated after about 30 min.

Overall pleasant stay, but one of our rooms’ AC units was not working properly. The other room water temp never got hot enough. Enjoyed the gym equipment which had excellent cardio equipment. The pool/hot tub was well maintained and our group enjoyed it several times.
