"I had an excellent experience at this hotel, and I especially want to recognize the front desk manager, Mrs. Lairy, for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. There was an issue with my third-party reservation that could have easily turned into a very frustrating experience. However, Mrs. Lairy went far above and beyond to resolve the situation. She took ownership of the problem, remained patient and professional throughout the process, and worked for long hours to make sure everything was properly taken care of. Her commitment to helping guests is truly outstanding. She demonstrated not only excellent customer service, but also genuine care and professionalism. Thanks to her efforts, what started as a difficult situation was ultimately resolved smoothly. Mrs. Lairy is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and her dedication deserves recognition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel, especially because of the exceptional service provided by staff members like her."
