The location is very convenient both to walking to interesting places, to the shore, and to public transit. This room is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are not too hard, but still supportive. The bathroom was luxurious with nice toiletries. Hotel staff was efficient and helpful, except that the cleaning staff forgot to leave towels on two occasions. The breakfast is exceptionally good with many options and good quality fruit, etc. The hotel restaurant was one of the best we ate at while in Panamá. Overall a superb choice to stay in Panamá City.

Food was good , hotel needs a LOT of renovations. Carpet was dirty, and the steam room is not really steamy. But i felt safe the whole time i was there and staff were friendly.

The room was clean, the staff were accommodating and displayed excellent customer service. The amenities were accessible and their breakfast buffet was AMAZING! It was one of best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and the options were great! The hotel was great overall, but the layout felt a bit cramped. The lobby restaurant, elevators, and rooms were all quite small, and more space would have made the stay more comfortable.
