My stay at this property was good, but firstly I must say that the lighting in the room was very poor! They seem to rely heavily on the natural lighting from the window and it rained most days we were there, so that didn'twork for us. Also the cleaners neglected to sweep the floors during our 5 day stay even though we requested of them to do so. Three of us occupied the room and they kept only leaving 2 towels, when we requested new towels they would leave signs next to the towels about conserving water which we didn't appreciate too much. Other than that it was good, with convenient access to the connected outlet mall.

Property is great. Staff was excellent. The reviews about the smell of moldy conditions I read before my trip were very concerning but I tried it anyway. That issue was very true it smells like a moldy basement and I have been sick since returning. Not sure what needs to happen but it’s not good. Air quality testing needs to be done. Hotel is great and nice but that smell is not worth returning to this property.

The hotel's ambiance was nice. However, the staff was not very helpful and unapologetically spoke very little English. It took us two days to get washcloths to bath with. I literally had to cut up a face towel for us to bath the first two nights. The toilet seat was shaky, the shower drain was clooged, the closet door was off the track and the lighting in the room was very inadequate. My stay was very frustrating to say the least. I literally had to blow a fuse trying to get toilet paper and washcloths in my room. The toilet paper ran out in the morning and I called to have it replenished. Unfortunately, I had to get very upset because hours later they still did not bring the much needed toilet tissue to my room. All I could say is Thank God for Suhiel at the guest services desk. She was one of the very few that spoke and understood English. She was phenomenal and definitely an asset to the hotel. I would suggest that Speaking English becomes a priority for front line staff in the service industry. It was crazy that hardly anyone felt the need to accommodate tourist by at least learning a little English.
