The hotel is excellent whilst the rooms were not fully outfitted with modern amenities inside it was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful however the highlight for us was the food it was EXCELLENT at ALL the restaurants.

We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the junior suite and it was amazing! The food was good and tasty! And the wildlife was interesting sloths, iguanas, and raccoons. We definitely plan to come back really soon!

We loved our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend the upgrade to the bigger suite and private pool. I would've preferred if the lounge was adults only. The food and drinks were great and the staff was very attentive. We would consider returning and vacationing here again!

This is a great kid friendly hotel. Lots of great dinner options and the restaurants are definitely 5star quality. Very few lunch options but food was overall great and very delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they remembered you by name. My kids totally enjoyed the Kids club and would spend the entire day there if they are not in the pool. The pool was extremely warm, and we could literally spend the entire day there. They also had great spa day packages which we took advantage of. It was one of the best spa experiences I ever had.

Room was well equipped with everything we needed including a fully stocked fridge with a variety of cold beverages and a coffee station. Food was very good. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional at all times. The bathroom in the guest room could use a deep clean especially the shower area. The resort is showing its age however Overall a very good experience.
