"Excellent hotel, good location.
Quick check-in.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Clean and bright room with good sized balcony.
WiFi and air conditioning were good.
Downsides were charging for use of the safe in a 4 star hotel and the fridge not being cold enough.
Be aware that this resort is very near Palma airport, so there is some aircraft noise but it didn't bother us too much."
