Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive, especially Hugo, who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, with every detail well taken care of. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have done anymore for us. It was my wife’s 40th and they made her feel like a Queen. Highly recommend this hotel for food, location, staff and quality. It was a super experience and is a 5* hotel. Also, the airport collection is worth the money, makes the start of the holiday so much more relaxing and we got collected in a lovely car.

Stayed here with my family & we had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself if very charming and tasteful. However, what really stood out was how spectacular the staff and service was. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we never had a less then amazing interaction with the staff. They went as far as insisting on carrying our luggage to the parking garage 5 min away despite telling them it was not necessary. They gave us a 5 start experience in every way. If I’m ever in Palma again I’ll 100% be back.

Love, love, LOVE this amazing boutique hotel! From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely! Comfortable bed, quiet room, delicious breakfast and incredible location. Just perfect!

Fantastic hotel. Our room was large, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good choice and quality. The staff were exceptional - friendly and super helpful, making dinner reservations, assisting with car parking (book ahead!), etc. The rooftop terrace and pool are an added bonus. Easy to recommend.

This hotel is outstanding. Excellent greeting on arrival, welcomes with a glass of champagne and left to relax whilst our check in was being attended to. The building is absolutely beautiful, in a lovely quiet location, but only 5 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, and we will certainly revist in the future.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with cava and a smooth, welcoming check-in process that immediately set the tone. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed, and the rooftop pool—though small—offered a beautiful Spanish vibe that made it feel special. One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. My now-fiancé had secretly arranged a semi-private dining experience months in advance for our post-proposal meal, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our host, Joey, was fantastic—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. He recommended incredible dishes, especially the ceviche, which is the chef’s specialty and a must-try. We were so immersed in the food, wine, and the moment that we didn’t realize we had stayed well past closing. The staff never rushed us and even graciously offered to bring the remainder of our dessert back to our room, so we could continue celebrating our engagement in private. This hotel exceeded every expectation—not just with the facilities, but with its heart. Their thoughtful service made our engagement day unforgettable, and we cannot recommend Posada Terra Santa enough.

We had a fabulous stay. The service was fantastic and the room very spacious and comfortable bed. We had complimentary wine and chocolates and balloons for our birthday which was a lovey surprise. We will definitely stay here again

A truly lovely boutique hotel, conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Palma’s city center. The property offers on site parking, a huge plus, as parking in Palma can be difficult to find. The staff were excellent throughout our stay: communicative, helpful, and always polite. Property & Rooms The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with clean, stylish rooms. We stayed on the first floor in a room with its own terrace, which was a great addition to our experience. Amenities The wellness area includes a sauna and indoor pool, designed for private use and available 24 hours a day with a simple reservation, a very thoughtful feature. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day, so be sure not to miss it! Dining The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee, but given Palma’s incredible food scene, we decided to skip it and instead explore the many fantastic nearby cafés and restaurants. Overall We loved our stay so much that we rebooked this hotel for the last night of our trip. A gem in Palma that combines convenience, comfort, and thoughtful details.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have to walk with a stick so being on the flat is important. The only thing I need to mention is if you want to access the rooftop bar the lift only goes to the 3rd floor you then have to go up 2 flights of stairs without the lift . The rooftop bar does have some steps.

Lovely hotel

We didn’t arrive until nearly midnight but were given a warm welcome, a glass of cava and a room upgrade ! Very handy for attractions and restaurants but very quiet and peaceful so good nights sleep every night. Lovely rooftop space with plunge pool. Didn’t eat at the hotel apart from room service but menu looked good .
