Great location and beautiful home!

This house is beautiful and is in a nice, quiet location. The beach is so close and an easy walk! Our hosts were super accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Well Located Home and Responsive and Helpful Host!!

We rented Matthew's home for approximately 3 months for our company's techs, who were working on a project in the Daytona area. The home was a beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable home base for the guys! They really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, living spaces, pool and being so close to the beach! I really appreciated Matthew's proactive management of the property. Any issue we had was taken care of quickly and efficiently by Matthew and his maintenance stafff. Matthew went above and beyond to assist us as the team's work schedule changed and I definitely appreciated his professionalism and willingness to work with us! I can most definitely recommend Matthew as a host and his gorgeous home for anyone needing a beach vacation!! FIVE STARS!!
