Perfect for a small boutique stay. Clean, nice bathrooms. Very easy to come in/out without a fuss. I had the BEST stay at the Delaney Hotel. A super-cute, low key boutique hotel that is quietly luxurious. The restaurant is GREAT. My family and I had dinner there twice and I had room service breakfast. Everything was fresh, made to order, and creative. Lovely experience. The staff at both the hotel were exceptional. Cannot wait to return!

When you stay at a property with the reputation that "The Delaney Hotel" obviously has, you expect the basic needs of your stay to be, well, taken for granted. There was a sign on the desk at check in that stated that the water may be off between 2-4 am for maintenance. But there was no mention that there would be no hot water at 6:30am and that the shower would not even come on. There was cold water, but sadly no hot water and no shower. The front desk attendant was totally unhelpful, blaming the city on the shortage. How does the city cause the hot water (and not the cold water) to be off?
