We got there and first things the key didn't work told them i was told someone would come fix it decided to go to the office and got two more keys that didn't work. They left us standing outside for over 20 minutes in the cold . I requested another room. The curtain didn't close on side had to use bandages to hold it to the wall. It was so noisy all night we could hear the pool gate bring opened and closed.

Very good price for what I received. Very clean and comfortable room with basic amenities such as TV and shower. Amazing location for local restaurants, activities and not too far from the parks (Universal in walking distance). Although I didn’t spend much time in the room, I had zero noteworthy issues and would happily stay again in the future! :)

Checking into this hotel was very awkward. I have stayed in this area many times. I've never had to have the front desk take a picture of me and to photocopy my driver's license. The whole check-in process made things feel sketchy. Inside the room The TV did not work. I even tried to plug the power cord into different areas to see if I could get it to work and it would not. I didn't mind too much because I was only staying there one night. But still the TV should work. If you do get a room that is facing west, good luck on sleeping if you are a light sleeper. As the traffic sounds like it is right inside the room with you. But like they say you pay for what you get.

This is a good budget hotel. Has spacious rooms, comfy bed, a good kitchen area and a very good location. Some downsides are the noisy ariconditioner counsel, one of the elevators was down for renovation and the park shuttle never arrives at the hotel.

This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. The staff was nice and the property was ok. Lots of things were out of service like the elevator and the spa (and we were still charged a resort fee daily). That was maybe the most upsetting thing — the hidden resort fee of $11 per day once we got there. I hate hidden fees like that. Also found a cockroach in our room, which we didn’t love

The room itself was satisfactory for the money. However, first I was charged a resort fee when I was already told that I had paid the amount that included all fees. I had a separate reservation the day before in a different room and was not charged a fee then. Both were booked the exact same way. Second, I had no heat and was given the run around for three days that someone would come check it. On the third day the front desk person told me they don’t have the part. I asked how she knew that when no one had even been by the room. She said she didn’t know. Next I was told someone would be by in 5 minutes to check, no one showed. The next day someone finally came and said they would be back in 10 minutes with a new unit. No one ever came back. No one would offer any compensation as they did not have another room to put me in. The staff there was not friendly or helpful at all.

It was a nice place to stay. Once remodeled fully I'll be great. The beds are small but were comfortable. The location is also great for walking to I-Drive for the attractions. Will consider staying again.

Had to call Expedia customer service because the heat in my room didn’t work, and a cold front blew through during our stay. Hotel refused to help until I called Expedia. Had a 6 year old child with me, and it didn’t matter to them. Very disappointing stay.
