We had to switch rooms because the air didn’t work. No one came to fix it. The rooms felt neglected. They would not let us move our reservation to a different date even though we had a tragic sudden death in the family.

A estrutura de café da manhã e toda a equipe de funcionários do hotel estão de parabéns. São super atenciosos e prestativos, mas minha nota baixa se deve ao mal cheiro no quarto que me hospedei. Reservamos um quarto double queen bed. Ja me hospedei mais de 20 vezes na rede Farfield em algumas localidades do USA, e sempre gostei muito das instalações e staff, mas dessa vez realmente me surpreendi com a pessima qualidade da habitação que reservei. Precisa uma reforma urgentemente, o que presenciei não reflete a qualidade da rede Farfield.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff super friendly and welcoming, we had so much available for us for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was available and it was delicious. What stood out for us was the pumpkin spice Mickey waffles!!! So cute!!! Water and coffee was available 24hrs at the lobby, Our room was kept tidy and clean by housekeeping staff. Pool and gym are was nice and clean as well. We did have light fixture not working, and body wash fixture fell off the wall but that was quickly resolved. Overall a great stay.

Everyone was nice but my room was kinda gross. Walking into the bathroom, just the dirt my feet gathered from the carpet was making the floor dirty. The baseboards and all the nooks and crannies were grimy. It needed a deep cleaning not just a once over.

The front desk staff was always friendly and heloful. Every morning at breakfast l, we were greeted "welcome to breakfast". Love it! The location was close proximity, the free shuttle was inconsistent or packed. We opted to Uber to the parks for $8-10 each way. So easy and worth it. Room was clean, couls have use some update but overall, cold a/c and bed was way to soft. Overall a good stay!
