Lovely but food overpriced.

When we got to check in we needed photo ID which we weren't told about so it was a hassle changing the room to my husbands name and delayed check in :-( the rooms were lovely but the price of food was absolutely ridiculous. $30 for a tiny pizza in Tuk Tuk and $250 for breakfast for 6 people is just wrong! Been out for dinner most nights for 7 people and eaten until we were going to burst for less!

The hotel is lovley, friendly staff. But check in is lengthy. Once checked in our room wasnt ready but we were given fast passes and told these were our room keys, we headeded to the parks, once room ready we were text but no room number given. So after a long day in the park we had to present back to checkin, present photo id again which we had already done and wait again for new room keys, when all we wanted to do was go to bed, so this could have been smoother for us. The room is clean but there was no option of single beds as we are a party of 4 adults would have prefered not to share beds. The bathroom has no door and the sink back flows and gurggles overnight waking me up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need some paint and updates. The bathroom door should be a solid door that locks, not a sliding door. There was no bathroom fan in the toilet room.

Really nice hotel that is aging in places, mainly common areas. Staff was great, location was great. Would stay here again.
