The room was not clean!!. There was still a lot of hair from the previous stay all over the room, the bathroom was filthy, mold and mildew spots, very dated, not clean, the shower was deplorable and the curtain was dirty and ripped! Very untidy establishment.

The room was exactly what we needed it to be! The beds were clean, room was clean! The shower did unfortunately fill with water rather quickly but we didn’t try and get it fixed or anything. I booked it for 4 people and didn’t realize the beds were doubles. Although it was a tight fit, we were so tired from universal it didn’t matter. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. Booking through Expedia and working with the front desk was flawless and there were no hidden fees. I paid exactly what I wanted which was the cheaper price off Expedia! Overall good trip. We would stay there again

The staff was nice overall, minus the girl at check-in. The keys only worked half the time, and there was one door that didn't work at all. Full service on the rooms was cut too much - once every four days. We'd been there for over four nights and wanted our room fully serviced, but couldn't because we missed the one day of the week to ask for it. What's wrong with every other day? The floor hadn't been fully swept; there was dirt behind the chair (the housekeeping staff apparently don't have time to thoroughly sweep when they only have the one day to service all rooms). The one day we asked for service, and got half-service, we only got half of that: most of the trash we'd had in the room was left (empty pizza boxes, dirty coffee cups, etc). We're probably not staying there again. Even with the discount from Expedia, it was a little too much for what we received.

Laundry room was great bew washer and dryers. Didnt have the breakfast but the restaurant was good even though a couple things we ordered through the app was wrong so maybe go there and order. Beds were very comfortable and i loved the pillows. Room was very humid.
