Roomclean. Staff friendly. Shuttle service takes a while on call service only. They pick up sometimes sometimes they put you on hold and dont come back. Breakfast was very good. Hooters restaurant is very close to hotel walking distance of 2 mins. Lobby of hotel got sandwichesfor sale in their small store along with a few more snacks. Great deal for price.

The hotel itself is located in a convenient location. A plus would be the shuttle to and from the airport. Major downside was the elevator being down, and having to haul all of my luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

Exceeded my expectations!

I was delighted with this hotel! I thought the price was too good to be true and expected to not like it - it was fantastic - best Ramada I’ve ever stayed at. 24 hour cappuccino machine was a special treat, 4 am shuttle to airport (other hotels I called started at 5 which was too late for me), comfortable bed and clean room.

waited literally 45 minutes for airport shuttle after calling that we were at location ready for pick up. Wife ill, not even a bench at the waiting area. Then, hotel hallways smelled like wet dog. In fairness, room was clean but get some fabreeze for the hallway and tell the shuttle driver to wake up.

Our stay was nice we just needed a place for the night due to a flight change. Area seems safe staff was so nice and friendly, food was good I would return if needed especially because everyone we encountered from staff was definitely nice and helpful customer service is extremely important as they get 10/10 because staff. Shuttle to airport was great only thing this stay needed was an upgrade in their hotel especially in the hall carpeting .

Upon checking in, I received zero information regarding breakfast times, pool location/access/towels, where to locate other amenities, etc, nothing you would normally heat from a hotel front desk. When I came back to purchase some snacks, another guest cut in front of me and proceeded to receive help even though the front desk staff member was aware I was first. The hotel room itself felt like an old office space with prison vibes. One of the bedside table lights did not work, and the others were very bright LED lights. The shower curtain was badly worn down with multiple holes and barely covered the entire shower. The ceiling in the shower looked like it might collapse. Grateful for air conditioning, but the unit is so loud, you need to make sure your alarm volume is set very high and are constantly adjusting the TV volume. There was also weird splatter on some of the walls. I understand that the color scheme is black, red, white and grey, but the paintings in the rooms look like a murder scene. Not the most relaxing image to look at while laying in bed. Pillows are small squares, not standard sizes. Slowest elevators I’ve been on. Quick and seamless check out. (Staff member upon checkout was very kind and personable.) Not worth the cost. Only benefit is location.
