The person at the check-in counter was very kind and helpful, but I had a terrible experience because I the room I got assigned was not clean. It looked like nobody cleaned after the last guest left. Kitchen was all full of used dishes, bed was not done, and the bathroom had towels all around the floor. The man at the front desk assigned me another room, and it was occupied. He even had to call security to escort me in. Security decided not to open the door (as this was around 11:30pm) and had another room assigned. At the end, my stay was very pleasant for me and my family, but the check-in experience took us more than an hour.

Clean room, attentive staff. I wish the fitness center had more options, especially for such a large property. The two treadmills get taken quickly, and a stationary bike would be great.

Horrible, Not only was the property not as photos advertised, we paid for a superior 3 bedroom & it didn’t even have tvs. The wait was long to checkin, moved us to a 2 bedroom & water leaked in master bathroom everyday.

Rooms were large and spacious (we had a 3 bed/3 bath apartment), and the kitchen was great. Beds weren't the most comfortable, some too soft, others too hard. We didn't utilise the hotel amenities as we were there for the theme parks and didn't spend much time in the hotel.
