I stayed here for two weeks, but I was quite disappointed. The building is very old, and the rooms dirty. The air conditioning didn't work. The internet is very slow. Some staff were attentive and responded to my concern, but others didn't seem to care. They try to sell you stuff, both in-person and through text messages that they constantly send you. The whole place has a cheap vibe.

Our two-night stay

I' arrived a half hour early for check-in. There were about 20 or so people in line. Took 45 minutes to get checked in. From check in you go to concierge desk for parking passes. Little annoying they can't give them to you at registration desk. Our room was very clean and a great location right next to the waterpark. Rooms are spacious and spread out. We had the 2-bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms. We spent the day Saturday at the waterpark which was very nice. The wave pool was a hit also. We went to the arcade and bowling alley which was a great time as well. Sunday, we played the complimentary 18-hole miniature golf which was very fun. We ate at drafts restaurant at the pavilion which has very good food on Saturday and then Sunday we tried the pizza place. Very good as well. Lots to do there and wish we would have had at least one more night. It was a very nice getaway and will go again in the near future.

The facilities are to the point they are getting a little dated. The internet in our unit didnt work the whole time. This is pretty frustrating when you need that for work and you paid extra for the service. When you call for assistance they make you call their it and they try to have you trouble shoot it with them, which took about an hour and still didnt work. Uktimatwly they couldnt fix the internet issue the entire 4 day stay. They do not have on site IT staff and olace it on their guests to try to fix it. They make it your problem and not theirs and dont seem to care. There are Limited hours of use for the facilities limits use when you are there for work because they close at 6pm. There is an extra fee of $29 you pay for use of the facilities and internet. Seems like a money grab when you dont provide the services most places already include with your stay, and then dont actually provide them or the support you need to use then. Probably better options out there.

The place was good, I liked it and I'd go back here. There was a minor misunderstanding about where my room was located, but the staff upfront ended up being able to help me upon the third person I spoke to. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The was suite was very clean when we arrived and the balcony was very perfect for relaxing with a screen protecting us from bugs. There are plenty of food options and entertaining activities throughout the resort. The staff were so polite and informative! We are already planning to come back for our trip next year!
