Overall, I thought the resort was good convenient for transportation and clean. However, a few of the other guests were very loud during the night time. Some of the electrical outlets TV and pipes were not working effectively. It would’ve been nice to have the gym. Open past 8 pm. I was there for a doctors conference from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.

The folks at the front desk were excellent. However, I found my room to be dated and tired. The shower was more like a firehouse and unable to be adjusted. The elevator was ancient and made a loud banging noise when stopping on the bottom floor. I thought it was crashing. Additionally, I literally had to press the open button to get out. I was told the shuttle would run every 10 minutes, however after standing out in the cold rain for close to 20 minutes, the shuttle never came and I was forced to walk from building 200 all the way to the front desk.

The noise from the dog next door, people hanging out in the hallway, people ringing your door bell. The night lights beaming into your bedroom window, the blinds were terrible, dated room. We were told by some of the staff that they should have given us a much better room right from the start.

The room was very nice. No daily housekeeping. Checking it was torture. Anytime i saw the lobby the line was ridiculously long. So,this is the norm for here so be prprepared. The interstate cuts this place off even with being in the heart.ng
