this was a good and a bad stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. However on the first night as we prepared to go to sleep we found that the mattress was upside down. ( the pillow top part of the mattress was facing down. we had to strip the bed and turn the mattress over. Also there were two nice LG Tv's. But the in connection was terrible and we were unable to watch. the staff said it was due to the line coming in from the street and that they had no control over it. I found it odd the the on site bar an grill had12 TV's that were working perfectly.

Our entire experience was fabulous! Our apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could ever need. The only issue is that the in-room coffee wasn't great. The pool/lounge area was like being in a resort - a nice place to return to after a long day at Universal. Staff were lovely (especially Ross!)

The room was amazing. I did some food prepping in unit to take home cooked food. I absolutely loved it. I needed the lasagne baking dish and bought it for a tiny price. I would totally go back. We ubered 2 nights out and loved that it was gated safe and uber came to our room and instacart Publix. Do it !

Room was perfect for a family of 5 with two teens! Lots of space, super clean, everything you needed for comfort! Love the balcony for morning coffees and mimosas! Pool area was great and kids had fun in the water slides. Nice and close for two park visits…really enjoyed our time.

The staff were rude. They gave couple of free drinks tickets but when I asked for I drink, they said is only $10, and the remaining balance has to be paid. Every single drink cost $18. This is not about money, but tell your customers that you can a free drink. Instead, just be clear and explain that tickets are only for a discount. I am sure you can avoid a lot of unsatisfying customers

Great sized room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen and nice balcony facing the lake. Close to universal (with their free shuttle) plus the outlet mall is less than a 3 min drive away. Water park is great for kids and priced really well. If you are on a long stay this is the place.
