I was only there one night. My room was right next to the elevator so I heard it at night and ALL mornimg which did not allow me to sleep in. Also, one of the towels left for us in the bathroom was actually dirty. The bed was comfy. Overall the room served its purpose bit can't say I will stay here again.

The hotel doesn't maintain the quality, and the water filter is not maintained. The shower room has a leak in the door, and everywhere the water smells compared to other Hilton hotels. The staff service is not up to mark. Room service is not up to mark. The breakfast is a little bit good.

Sheets were dirty when we arrived and there was a cockroach on the room, breakfast it’s terrible only giving bagels, not even eggs and staff super rude, when we were trying to complain with the manager about the situation she treated us as an annoyance and quickly clock us on our last day

As soon as I entered my room, there was a bug in the bathroom. The room stank. You could tell the carpets were dirty. The walls were so thin, I could hear the next room very clearly. I paid $400 for this room, thinking that at that price, and the fact it was a Hilton brand, I would get a clean comfortable room. I could not sleep at all because it was so disgusting.

Clean and well-maintained. I only had two complaints. The only chair in the room is a metal one. It looks unnecessarily cheap and is uncomfortable. Hilton should consider an upgrade to a chair with a soft cushion. The other problem was that during breakfast items were running out (coffee, cup caps, etc.) while the staff were chatting in the kitchen and not paying attention. They apparently rely on angry guests to find out that something needs replenishment.
