I was surprised with a $20 parking fee when checking in. When I booked it it said everything was included on hotels.com. The room was clean and not bad minus the speaker being blow on the tv so it had a static sound

The place gets the job done but it definitely wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in to begin with. Even odder, despite "daily housekeeping" being listed as an amenity, housekeeping skipped over my room all four nights of my stay. I mentioned this to the front desk when I had to go get fresh towels and toilet paper, but the man working the desk literally did not give a response other than to hand me some towels and toilet paper. I DID see housekeeping out and about in the hallways throughout my stay, but they never visited my room. I've never encountered this before at a hotel other than when it's a policy that they visit every other day or if someone is staying for more than 2 days or so. Also, as an aside, I had a payment issue during check-in where I had to step away for a second midway through the process, and the first man helping me went to hand me a complimentary bag with what looked like water bottles and maybe some other things. I didn't take the bag from the desk since I hadn't finished checking in, but when I continued the process with the other man working the front desk, I was not given a bag. Inconsistency seems to be an overall issue at this location.

During my recent stay, I encountered some notable aspects regarding the breakfast arrangements that are worth sharing. First off, it’s important to know that breakfast is only available from Friday to Sunday. This limitation can be quite inconvenient, especially if you've paid for a week-long stay and expect a full breakfast service throughout your visit. For the days when breakfast isn’t served, guests are directed to the on-site Starbucks. While having a Starbucks on the property is a nice touch, it comes with its own set of drawbacks. During my visit, I found that the food options ran out quickly, which left me scrambling to find something to eat. I ended up purchasing two coffees and two croissants, and to my surprise, the total came to $32.00! This was particularly frustrating given that there was a limit of $15 per adult for breakfast. Unfortunately, this limit didn’t even cover the cost of my small order, which felt quite unfair. Overall, my stay was decent, but the breakfast situation definitely left a sour taste. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve their breakfast service and ensure that guests receive the value they expect, especially when paying for a full week.

The front desk staff were extremely rude. The towels had a foul smell. Overall unclean. Parking was charged separately and I was told that Expedia has mislead me. The biggest disappointment was shuttle service. I had called front desk to confirm but I was given wrong information. Not at all satisfied with the experience.

The staff was great, however, the room was musty and could not be remedied. There is no outbound ventilation, so all the moisture from your shower, or your wet towels, stays in the room. If you've been in a high school locker room before, you will be familiar with the smell. Additionally, you can hear every sound from the hall and surrounding rooms clear as day. If you do not plan to spend much time in your room, it may be fine for you.

The first room they put me in smelled like cat urine. The second room had tiny roaches on the counter and nightstand. The carpet was dirty, and they didn't refill the toilet paper when they cleaned. They left the nearly empty roll on the holder, so I had to go down and get more. Not what I expected from a Courtyard. Paid extra for a nice stay.

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. The rooms had plenty of outlets and usb charging areas. The carpet in the room was worn but nothing to bad. Walls are thin you can hear everyone in the morning walking by your room. The only major issue we had was parking late night. We were in the building way in the back and there was limited parking. When we returned from a park super late at night there were no parking spots available anywhere near our building so we had to park way on the other side of the hotel. Overall I’d stay here again just maybe would ask to stay in a different building due to theParking

I had a worry about an issue with me checking into my room, so I called and asked, I was reassured that I was okay to check in and and not to worry because I had been coming from Disney and was exhausted and hungry. It was 11pm. Then I go to check in and they take everything back and say it wasn’t them. I had to argue and then get the cops threatened on me to leave over their mistake, then they doubled my deposit.
