The room was dirty when we got there. Tub was not clean, the guess before left liquor glass with liquor in it. Had to call multi times just to get wash cloth and towels.

Waited 2.5 hours to get into our room. Check-in was at 4pm and we got our keys at 6:30pm. When we reached our room we could not adjust thermostat. They sent a maintenance person up who got it to our desired temp by removing panel from wall, but still we were not able to change the setting. Just very strange and awkward. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Not a good first experience.

The rooms were very clean and I appreciated the extra security. I was looking forward to the Thanksgiving meal they were offering but it was $38 and no options except what they listed. No pumpkin pie!! The food in the main dining was good, but they were limited there as well. They didn't have any Ruben sandwiches.

There was paint peeling in the bathroom and the tub finish was weathered. We waited 20 minutes in the restaurant for service and we just left before anyone came. The sound proofing in the rooms is not good. We could hear the conversation of the people in the next room as well as every-time the toilet flushed The valet guy on Sunday Dec 7th in the evening was awesome as the rain was pouring and he was getting my car for me.
