Pros: The hotel location is great (3-minute walk to the airport and car rentals, and within drivable distance to most activities on the island). The unit is clean and very spacious. Free breakfast buffet and 24/7 gym are a plus. Cons: The check-in front desk is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is not sufficient sign or instruction for the guests, which could be confusing for the first timers. The staffs responded to our requests in a timely manner in the first 1-2 days, but the pattern shifted to the negative direction in rest of the days during our stay. The front desk seemed to be always busy and there didn't seem to be enough maintenance staffs to accommodate everyone's needs (maybe due to holiday week?). The booking confirmation from the hotel claims daily housekeeping. However, our room didn't get a housekeeping service 2 days in a row, despite multiple requests made with the front desk.

The staff was very helpful in informing of ways to get around. Room service was a great perk since there are not many food options nearby. Breakfast was good except all meat options were pork, which is upsetting to someone who doesn’t eat pork. But other than that, it was a great stay.

The taste was subpar. What upset me the most is that I reserved a suite and paid for a suite but I only got a standard room and the 3 of us had to be squeezed into it for the duration of our stay. Also, the towels we were issued were dingy and frayed and they only had 2 sets in the bathroom, when we reserved a suite for 3.
