This place is extremely dirty, cockroach infested and unprofessional. The walls were so thin, you could practically hear breathing from every direction. I was able to get checked in much earlier than the normal time, which was nice. However, it did make me a bit curious as to why they had rooms open and ready so quickly. The front desk clerk decided to take a phone call while checking me in. She was helping another customer while helping me, which left little to no room to ask any questions or share info regarding my booking. I was able to put my things in my room and was off to enjoy the area. Later that night, after showering, several cockroaches appeared in the bathroom of various sizes. Since I was only staying the one night, I didn't pull any of my packed items out, which I was thankful for. The front desk's response to my complaint let me know that they've gotten this many times before. She wasn't very shocked, just defensive and moved me to an extremely sketchy handicap room in the way back of the lot, which I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in as a female traveling alone. The rooms were extremely dated and the second room was really dirty and falling apart. While I didn't see any additional pests, I didn't stick around to find out. I ended up leaving at midnight and checking into another hotel further up the road at a higher price point. I didn't even bother asking for my money back, just learned a hard lesson. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Excellent for the price. Clean room, hot water, clean sheets, clean towels. Parking is reasonable $. Walk to security takes 30 minutes. Just make sure to bring earplugs. It can get loud. You hear everything.

The staff upon check in were ok. She was kind of short with her answers and I seemed like she was a little bothered. We requested a crib which wasn’t in the room at 3pm. We waited 45 minutes after check in for the crib to be dropped off. After nobody came with it we decided to leave and go to California adventure. Once we got back around 10pm the crib still wasn’t in the room so I had to request it again. Room is ok nothing special. Definitely felt like a budget motel. Overall it was clean with the exception of the floor which was gross and turning our socks brown. The motel felt safe and was quiet. A good place if you’re looking to keep things affordable. We liked that they had a laundry room, a decent size mini fridge, and a self serve store that was well stocked. It’s a good walking distance to the park as well. We had maybe a 10-15 minute walk into the park every day. We probably won’t stay here again but I’ll recommend it to others.

The rooms were clean and fairly updated. It’s a motel with doors to the outside, but it’s close to the park and a solid choice for the price. If you know you’re just going to be crashing in your room at night, this is an excellent choice.
