Put on the ground floor in the back of the hotel around construction and under a floor being worked on. Construction workers yelling at 6am and trucks/forklifts etc outside out door. Felt like a Motel 6 but 5x the price. Why do you charge hotel guests $30/day for parking when the rooms are already $350/night?

I had booked a king room for my weekend stay and unfortunately at check in I was told they were all out of king rooms and only have 2 queens, but they would upgrade me to a Disney theme room due to the inconvenience. My husband is 6'5" and hearing this made me annoyed instantly since I knew he would not be able to sleep comfortable on a queen bed. The shower was not properly cleaned either. The tub appeared to have sand in there? i'd say the only positive about this room I was upgraded to was being able to see the fireworks from my room door and it being a 10 minute walk to disney.

The staff was very helpful and friendly we wanted to switch rooms because we were on the back side of the hotel and was a little noisy and called the front desk and asked if we could move in the morning and they said they had a room and we could move now. Rooms were clean and the park view was amazing would definitely stay there again.
