We arrived early and got fast room but had to change it 4 times due to bad smell. We didn’t get information about hotel, took long time, and the only room we could smell to help with the smell is balcony so there will be fresh air to the room. Nice view but freezing and load music from shows entered the room and disturbed till 22:00 every night. Horrible experience

A special shout-out to Luu, our waiter, who truly elevated our dining experience. His warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. He checked on us often, offered great recommendations, and made the meal memorable. I also want to highlight the Cuban chef who prepared one of the best meals I’ve had at a resort. The flavors were authentic, beautifully presented, and clearly made with passion. It’s rare to find such high-quality cuisine inside a large resort, but this chef absolutely delivered. The resort itself is stunning — from the lush atrium to the clean, comfortable rooms and the amazing water-park area. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. Overall, Gaylord Palms exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for top-tier service, incredible dining, and an atmosphere that truly feels like a getaway, this is the place. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.
