Clean rooms, The evening shift gentleman helped me with my reservation and I was able to check in and get into my room with quick and easy with great customer service. He answered all my questions that I asked. I am giving him a 5 star review. Thank you very much I had a great stay...🙂

The rooms are very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Particularly the manager, Ivory, who went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Also, they are very pet friendly. And they don't charge any pet fees.

If you stay here, you might as well sleep with your shoes and clothes on in case you need to pack up and leave quickly. This place is very unsafe. About 70 percent of the people who stay here are criminals. I didn't see many children when i came here with my toddler and now i know why. Don't bring your kids here. My family had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night because there was a violent fight in the room beside us and it sounded like someone was being thrown against our wall. We were scared especially since we had a toddler with us. We let the receptionist know about the incident. The room did not have a remote so don't expect to watch tv. I remember when i was young, Motels never felt unsafe. Yes, less fancy then hotels, but we never had to leave in the middle of the of the night, like we have to do now. Many Motels in Kissimmee are like this now. The only good thing i can say about this place is that the people working in reception are very kind and definitely deserve a raise for dealing with the chaos of this place. They are literally risking their lives too by working in that motel.

Never Ever Again - Don't Book!

I had a room booked. I went to check in and was told that they had over booked and since I hadn't paid for it online ahead of time, which wasn't required, there was nothing they could do. So at 1 am I found myself and my family stranded in Kissimmee and they could have cared less. Plus the place felt exceedingly unsafe and uncomfortable. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
