The room and other areas in the hotel were great. I can’t give 5 stars because in a sparsely booked hotel, a VERY rowdy family was put in the room next to ours. Made our 2nd night less than peaceful.

Staff was great. We have stayed here multiple times over the past year. Always a great experience.
Clean room and very friendly staff. The heat wasn't working in our room the first night and they were very concerned. they tried to fix it and then moved us to another room.

Room was clean but small. A little hectic for four people and bags. No microwave in room. Staff were nice. Parking was great as it is winter and the town is dead. Breakfast pancakes were good!
Luxury feel at an affordable price! Rooms were neat and beds were super comfortable. Traveled with my family for an event the kids were participating in at the convention center so the location was perfect. I LOVED the shower gel, hand soap and lotion. Smelled sooo good! The hot breakfast was well stocked, food was fresh and there were many options to choose from...and can we talk about the coffee? LAVAZA! For my coffee drinkers out there, this was an incredible treat for me to get my long busy day started. We got this location for the additional amenities (pool and recreation activities in the lobby for the kids) we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. The kids loved the foosball table in the lobby and the fireplace and lounging area were perfect to get a little work done while they were playing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we are there for a weekend.
Walls are super thin, and the hotel doesn't care about enforcing quiet hours. Between the cheerleaders and the wrestlers that stayed in the hotel we heard so many dances, running in the halls, yelling for things down the hall, and every inch of the lobby covered. I know this is outside of your control but consider that there are other people staying at your hotel. We had such rude interactions with the staff, excluding the poor lady trying to clean up the lobby after all the kids.
