*POOL IS NOT OPEN 2025 SEASON* Ocean front condo in Marigot Beach. 3BR 2BA condo on the 10th floor with spectacular ocean views from the living room AND the bedrooms! Full kitchen if you wish to stay in and cook. Living room is cozy and adds additional sleeping space with the pull out couch. Sit on the private front balcony to see the breathtaking sunrises & then end your day on the rear balcony to see the sunset! Walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars and more.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Perfect location!

The condo is in the perfect location! The views are amazing. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. Close to everything! Most of all it was quiet. The only negative I would list is the master bedroom gets warm from sun, even with the blackout curtains and the AC can’t keep up in that room. (AC is great everywhere else) A ceiling fan would go a long way in helping with the temp in that room. Master bath tub needs to be refinished/repaired. Shower pressure was great with lots of hot water. Jodi was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend!

The owner updated the condo very well. It was nice to have both views sunrise and sunset. We had pretty weather and were surprised alot of the restaurants were still open just less hours.
