"We enjoyed our stay and the resort was clean and all the staff was friendly. Every time we went to leave our rooms you would see staff cleaning and tidying up. Something you do not see often is someone cleaning base boards and they were in the floor scrubbing ensuring the resort was in high standards and clean for all the guest. They vacuumed twice daily for all the sand being brought in etc. Cornelius, with guest services, was exceptionally nice and helpful. He always had a smile on his face and was there for any needs. He made us feel welcomed and like he has known us our entire lives. This is the best place to stay for your trip to Myrtle beach and if we ever return we will stay at this resort only!! You will never regret booking with Avista Resort. "

"The place is clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and lots of nightlife. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback is lighting is poor in bathroom to put on makeup. Definitely would recommend!"

"This condo was very nice and in great condition. The owners were very helpful, provided lots of information about the condo and the area. We had a wonderful week. This was our first time staying off the beach, but with the beach access directly across the street, it was almost as quick as beach front. Just 2 blocks away from Main Street NMB. Would highly recommend."
