The room was clean and filled with toiletries. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The older gentleman in the check- in garage was friendly. The suite could comfortably sleep 6 people. The only thing is, they don’t have cable so you have to rent FREE dvd’s from the hotel or login to Netflix. I enjoyed my stay and will return

first of all, the room was not what was pictured in the description. We were very disappointed with the "view" and that the room was not what we thought we were getting. very misleading photos and description. the hall smelled like someones septic was backed up. the elevator was a mad house and the staff were not friendly or informative. the parking garage is on the other side of the street so that is not ideal. the kitchen is outdated and there is no counter space to speak of. The bed is stiff as a board and even the toilet paper dispenser didn't work. would never recommend for the money you can do so much better.

We visited for our Anniversary. The restaurant was the absolute best part of our (bay)cation! We ate there breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The waitstaff along with the cooks made our Anniversary special. The front desk was not warm and inviting. She did not acknowledge us upon arrival. We stood there and waited. She didn't say ,"I'll be right there", or even "Welcome". The parking attendee was even friendly.

Entire property is old - desperate in need of renovations. Beds in unit were old spring mattress. Incredibly uncomfortable. Couch was sagging in middle, needs replacing. Internet was spotty - continued to buffer. Safety was a concern. Gate on south side of pool was broken - could not close. Has a hole drilled in gate with a bicycle lock (so staff can lock at night???). We were sitting in pool area just after dark and strange individuals were walking into pool are from beach. *I brought this concern to management. Pools were nice, hot tubs were disgusting (both inside and outside). Have not been cleaned in AGES. Need a good power washing. No security staff were present, that we were able to see. Area is fairly nice, mostly residential homes. We walked nearly a mile in each direction to grab food at a local dive.
