"Horrible experience. It started at check-in. The staff were extremely rude. I requested a quiet room then they placed me next to an elevator and told me that didn't have any other rooms. I stayed there for a week. The front desk refused to give me Cleaning Services until I went down to the lobby and demanded it. The hotel has 4 floors, 142 rooms. The forth floor is reserved for VIP guests which restricted key access only. The third floor was suppose to be for "preferred" guests but had groups of school students on it that constantly ran the halls. They have no amenities. Very disappointed because if you have no benefits atleast have a peaceful property but they didn't, very noisy hotel. The property is run down. There are 2 side door entrances but none of them work so you have to constantly enter through the lobby. Avoid this Brand at all costs. The elevator moved really slow then I saw the certification was expired. Very awful property. If you are visiting and want a relaxing stay, do not waste your money and time at this chain. They have no amenities and the hotel is noisy, the front desk staff is rude even housekeeping. The housekeeper vacuumed the room next door to me at 7-8am waking me up then they refused to give me cleaning service. I cannot make up how disgusting this property was. I paid $600 for one week and was very disappointed. I emailed the hotel General Manager, Franchise company and Marriott Corporate office yet I have received no response nor refund. Avoid."
