Staff!!! This is the second time I've stayed there, and it's our first time having any problems. The air conditioning wasn't working, but the guys working that night fixed it. The room phone never worked, so my partner had to call the hotel on her cell phone. Later, I went out to enjoy the nightlife in Atlanta and returned to the hotel. I asked reception if they could give me extra pillows. The guy was a bit rude and told me that what I had in the room was all I could have, so it wasn't a pleasant response. My partner and I always enjoy booking and staying at this hotel because of how clean it is and the helpfulness of the staff. But the guy this morning was definitely very unpleasant, and I was like, "What? Really? Damn it," and I left.
