Was not informed prior to arriving that the room safes were no longer in use. Elevators were not working for a portion of one day making the trip up the staircase to the 5th floor was not ideal. One entrance doorway was partially broken. Breakfast and parking were of good standard.

The room didn’t have a working safe box. When I called the front desk, I was advised that some rooms don’t have a working safe and I was supposed to call 2 days ahead to ensure availability of a room with safe box. I wasn’t informed of this issue. I had to carry all my valuables with me at all times, which was very inconvenient. Please have the facility fix their safety deposit boxes so it doesn’t happen in future.
