Heat was not working and had to call the front desk 3 times before someone finally showed up. The technician stated that she didn’t know how to fix it and offered a space heater which I was okay with. This is not something that I would expect from this hotel chain. Normally I have a very pleasant experience with Westin.

Long waits! Room door was dead. Had to wait outside on the floor for an hour with my kids waiting on maintenance that was never called to let us in. Went to front desk twice with all of our bags trying to get in the room. Very uncomfortable double beds. Not the cleanest hotel

This is a well kept hotel - very clean and comfortable. The comforters and literally like clouds! It is clear that the cleaning staff takes pride in their work and it’s appreciated. The front desk staff is also very kind, constantly carrying a smile and accommodating. The valet guys are respectful and courteous and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Great stay!

Best nights sleep in a hotel in a long time! Quiet and clean and the shower was amazing!! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and decorated in a modern way. The lavender sleep oil they left for us was a great little extra touch! Great stay!
