The parking situation…no cash accepted…have to have cell phone to scan QR code or to text. Recommend mentioning this in explanation of hotel stay. Marriott said they aren’t in charge of parking…it’s a 3rd party. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Accessible room was ok but narrow. Shower floor was extremely slick. Had to use a towel to stop from slipping. Glad accommodations were there but a bit more thought about them would make the world of difference. Staff was lovely

The servers dealt with were friendly. Be cautious when requesting an assistive room. We needed a roll in and even though we confirmed it we were given a tub room. Management adjusted the problem but suggested next time we call property directly.

Staff are always excellent at any Marriott/westin hotel. The beds are a little firm for our liking and no ventilation in the restrooms. It’s good they have a Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel, there’s no real walking distance places around. Mall is close by and their transportation services are great to get to the mall nearby. Overall would stay again.
