"Our room had hair on the bed and bathroom door when we got there. We asked for new sheets multiple times and it took hours before they came and replaced them. They refused to provide water bottles to us. The workout room was extremely sub-par. The majority of the staff did not seem proactive in helping with basic requests but rather acted like it was a burden on them. The pictures and website were deceiving as it seemed like it was a resort with ocean views, but there was no spa and the “ocean view” vs “ocean front view” was not clarified on the website. There were some great staff that stood out like the bartender Brandon Bender. However, overall this hotel was not worth the price per night."
