The room and grounds were nice- clean, spacious, great views- but the service was pretty poor. I kept wondering if they had just opened and were figuring things out for the first time. It was difficult to get food at restaurants or the pools. Long waits just to get someone’s attention. Not the level of service you would expect from a property that claims to be 5 stars. We made the best of it but wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Staff was very nice especially at the pool/beach and bar. We loved our spacious room and view. We did not use the spa. Coffee bar was delicious and cute. Loved the fresh juices. We would revisit this hotel. Room for improvement: The breakfast was delicious but food service was a little slow. Room cleaning staff was very slow and not timely, but they got it done.

The service was great. My stay was on the coldest weekend of the season, the temps were in the 40s and it was windy. Unfortunately for me, my first night the room had no heat. After complaining for hours the staff was able to find a similar room with heat. Other than no heat on the first night, I have no complaints.
