We arrived early, around 1:30. Was told, room not ready, would have to wait. We were told hotel was full and may not be able to check in until 4. We had reserved a handicap room, but at that point said we would take any available room. The desk person was not very accommodating and said we couldn’t do that. So, we sat for almost 1 1/2 hours, meanwhile numerous people came in and got their rooms. Finally we went to the desk again, manager was there and all of a sudden they were able to give us a room. Room was okay, suite with sofa in one area and bedroom in other. Bed not very comfortable, much of the furniture was dated and wood on doors and sink could use a good cleaning and re-staining. All was very clean. Cannot comment on breakfast because we ate elsewhere, but the area was small.

After traveling all day, got to the hotel at 7pm only to be told that they could not check us in. The Hilton system was down and they did not know when it would be back online. Staff was very apologetic but we had to hang around until about 9:30pm until we could check in. At about $350 each for two rooms ($700 per night) I was very unhappy.

The room was clean, but the hotel requires updates. All the furniture is outdated and scratched, as are the doors, carpet and paint. It is a very run-down property.

The room bathroom hotel in general needs a complete redo. The inside of the toilet had dark cattail over it from tools to unblock it. The elevator is old and marked up. We had tiny ants in the bathroom. We have stayed here many times over the years and this time we were really grossed out and uncomfortable staying here. We won't be back. It's hard to believe Hilton would put up with a hotel in this condition. Ugh!
