Was very nice clean place but not well run. First time I stay under the new owners. Was always pleased when it was a radisson Hotel. The place must still be doing renovations. One elevator was working and it was also being used by the service people. Several times I had to wait because the elevator would being use by them. I was on the 6th floor and they were using some kind of sawing or cutting tiles at 430pm and then again at 8:45am in the room next to us. The beds use to be very comfortable but these new beds were like sleeping on a wood plank. I didn’t sleep well and was in so mush back pain . The bathroom had two medium size towels for two adults staying in the room. I had to ask for two addition towel in the morning so we could shower. I mention I had stayed at this hotel probably 20 times under the old name . But probably won’t anymore.

This hotel is a disgrace. The elevator didn’t work, the laundry facilities didn’t work, and even the front lobby door was broken. The lobby itself was freezing, as if we were standing outside. The entire hotel smelled strongly of weed. The front desk staff member named Krupa was completely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. She couldn’t answer simple questions and asked for my credit card four separate times during a single check-in. I was also required to sign and agree to the same terms four times. When I asked why this was necessary, she gave anonsensical explanation and insisted this was “normal,” which I have never experienced despite extensive international travel. When she began raising her voice, I had to firmly tell her to stop. This hotel does not even meet a one-star standard. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is generally fine, but there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. There were many people smoking outside, which is allowed, but the number of people made it feel uncomfortable and a bit strange. The cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved. There was a very small hole in the bathtub that was rusty and looked like a blood stain. Additionally, one of the elevators was not working during the stay.
