I stayed at your hotel and was very disappointed with the room I received. The window was completely blocked by a huge wall. There was no sunlight or natural light at all. I went to the reception and asked politely if I could change the room because I wanted a room with sunlight in the morning. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and refused to change my room. After going back and forth with her, I gave up and left because she refused to help. This is unacceptable service. I expect respect and basic accommodation when I raise a reasonable request.

Last min hotel booking

The day was pretty good, especially being a last-minute booking that we had to do. The only thing that I didn’t like was the air-conditioning in the room. It kept turning off after every couple minutes and then turning back on I don’t know if it was to save energy and then there was a thermostat in the room, but it was broken or just a box of the thermostat was just hanging on by a thread. A few of the outlets were also pretty much broken. Would wanna get those changed for safety concerns but overall the stay was comfortable.

I loved everything about this property. The staff were fantastic and amazing. The hotel was well cleaned including my room. Easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, AMC, and easy transportation. Will be going back soon. One of the best in the area. Their staff are well trained and very professional and wonderful as well.

The pool was so over chlorinated you couldn't even swin in it. The eggs at breakfast were not fresh eggs. They were powdered. They had 1 person working breakfast for a jammed packed hotel.

The water in the shower had very little pressure. The frige had no freezer to keep the frozen foods frozen. The cable sucked. Dont go there without your own device to watch TV. I already knew this though. Its my second time around and there will be a 3rd and 4th.
