There were a few problems with power blackouts and general wifi disruptions shutdowns.
Staff were pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I like that they demonstrated a sense of community and taking care of those in the most need.
The hotel furnishings are old, torn, and some are coming apart. The vinyl seat of the office chair in my room was faded, flaking vinyl, ripped, and left black residue on my pants. I had to keep a towel on the seat. I've stayed at this hotel two other times because it's close to the airport, convenient to the outlet stores, has a decent breakfast, and is affordable for business travel.
The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint or a good washing.
