Terrible experience, the first night when we went to bed found blood stains on the bedsheets. When complained they casually offered to change the room or change the bedsheet.As we had kid and old person on board we requested to change the bedsheet. They sent the bed sheet and asked us to change it ourselves. They told that they don’t have any one available to assist us. Horrible. The next day we were there in the lobby to watch the children movie with our son. They run children movie every weekend from 8 pm to 10 pm. My wife mistakenly left her winter Jacket that evening in the hotel lobby. The very next morning when we reported this in front desk to check lost and found for the jacket they told that nothing was left. We asked for CCTV footage and they said that it is not available in the lobby. We lost a $250 winter jacket and they didn’t even try to help us. It was indeed a worst trip. We asked to meet the manager but they told that he/she is not available. Additional we booked for the hotel as there was a offer for 4 waterpark pass, however they clearly denied that the offer is only available when it is booked directly with the hotel but not with Expedia. We had one of the worst experience! I had been booking with multiple times and this is the first time it’s extremely terrible.

Insanely long wait to check in, I tried to do the fast check in online but they tried to charge me $45 in unknown fees to do it, it was labeled as “other fees” which I was not agreeing to pay for as I did not know what they were. When I finally got up to check in they asked for a physical card to have on file so I walked all the way out to my car to get it then realized they didn’t even need a physical card and I could have done it through Apple Pay. Whole process there kinda sucked. But the hotel itself was good and as advertised. My room was ready early which was very nice! Waterpark was good. I’d recommend.

Basic, clean room, comfortable bed, walkway to water park. Water temperature at the park is on a cool side, but it is clean and well-maintained. Pool towels, bottled water and parking included in resort fees. Limited parking at the hotel but can park across the street at Hard Rock. No indoor access to that parking garage or the Sheraton/Hard Rock complex though.

The floor carpet is dirty since I have a toddler who’s crawling I can’t let him crawl, I asked for a kettle to make hot water for my son it took half an hour to bring me , there is no soap in the soap dispenser, it is already 10 pm and there is gathering in courtyard with lots of noises and can’t make my kids into sleep, so disappointing.
