They charged $15 for parking, the pool was empty, and the place looked a little run-down. But the room was clean, ac worked well, and you can't beat the location for under $200 bucks on a busy Saturday night! I would definitely go back.

Beds were clean but everything else was very dated. Curtains broken, wall full of finger prints, stain on one of the chairs. 3 tv programs only. I would not go back to.thia place nor would I recommend it

This establishment is pet friendly which was a bonus for me the they charged for parking even though I had paid for a room for the night. There was a big gap under the door that a stuffed one of our blankets under to keep the bugs out. They were definitely not quiet rooms.

Basic room for basic price. Front staff tried to be accommodating, thank you but cleaning staff could use a refresher course. Bed was was comfortable if a little firm and beautiful (I love a sleigh bed! ☺️) Very close to OLG Stage. Very handy. Parking is extra and not reserved only for motel guests.

Paid parking for overnight stay plus they only gave us 1 toliet paper in the room. The condition of the washroom was terrible condition. The TV have no decent channels. They never provided us the Wifi. Luckily we only stayed 1 night.

There was no toilet paper in the washroom & the faucet flooded the bathroom when I took a showernot to mention it was screwed in place set to massage and you couldn't change it. The owner had to come into our room multiple times during our stay to fix/clean things. It was highly uncomfortable and we had to ask for the wifi code (there is no phone in the rooms so you have to call the hotel). The floor was never cleaned before our stay so you could see ans feel the dirt. The sheets had cigarette holes and crumbs in them and there was human feces on the side of the tub. Worst stay in Niagra ever.

Very disappointed with this stay. The first room had a strong urine smell, was dusty, had a dirty sink, a hole in the bathroom door, the sink faucet was also broken, and the front door would not close properly. I was moved to a second room, which was better but still did not match the photos online. Wi-Fi did not work, the chain to lock the door was broken and I was charged more for parking than the advertised rate. Management was unhelpful when I raised my concerns and denied my refund request.
