We had a great stay which included our 10year old and our dog. Staff were very friendly and easy to reach. We would stay here again. - Room was clean, slightly dated but not in poor shape at all. Lots of charging ports and included mini fridge, microwave, iron/board. Bathroom was very clean and beds were comfy. Whirlpool tub features a drain function which clears lines to maintain good hygiene - Pool was clean, not busy and plenty of towels available. There is a shallow toddler area of the pool which was also great for just sitting. There is an attached "hot tub" area which takes a while to heat up but has seating and jets - Having Turtle Jacks on site was convenient but wish our stay came with a voucher for breakfast. Easy walk to many places such as Starbucks, TGIFridays, Morton's, Outback and Zappi's - The hotel gift shop had a lot of great items at reasonable prices with a few basic amenities like paper plates and toiletries as well as the usual snacks, drinks, little toys, clothing, souvenirs and bags but also dog collar/leash - Parking on-site was $45/day and off-site was $30 which was an easy 5 min walk away on Dunn St, West of Stanley - If staying with pets, there is a fee on top of your stay but not per night like other hotels. There are some grassy areas around and a field just Southwest of the hotel - TV was basic but had HDMI if you bring a Chromecast or other device. Wifi was good and no connectivity issues - Ice/Drink machine is available on every other floor

Every person I ran into at this hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. Even helped a friend who was staying at a different hotel that was not a good experience, get a room here the next night.
