Curtains were old and dirty. Chair in room was old and cracked. TV was not working correctly, had to keep getting staff to come and sort it out. The whole place seemed rundown and in need of renovating! Staff not very pleasant other than the breakfast ladies who were quite pleasant. The only good thing is the location. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed!!

The hotel was close to everything I wanted to do. Room was clean. The bathroom sink was weirdly low. Neighbours were very quiet and bed was cozy and comfortable, which made for great nights' sleep.

The location is great. Walking distance to the casino/shops, down to the falls and Clifton Hill. The property is dated but everything works. The bedsheets and towels were clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. It’s a basic setup but does the job. Did not have any concerns.
